So as I have previously mentioned, I'm dog-sitting. This involves me driving to someone's house and playing with their two dogs.. and feeding them too, I suppose. Easy enough, right? Right.
So this is day 3 of my driving 20 minutes out to this house twice a day. I am covered in medium sized itchy bumps. Until this morning, I was convinced that this was due to a gazillion mosquitos that were apparently inhabiting their backyard and feasting on my legs and arms and neck. I realized that my mother and sister were not receiving these lovely gifts of nature even though they were in the same place I was. This is when I realized, I am severely allergic to the homeowner's long-haired dog. Like the "I-break-out-in-hives" kind of allergic. And I get congested. And my eyes water.
I'm glad I'm getting paid for this.
